Of course there is always a catch! The catch is that we will chat via a live YouTube broadcast on my channel. You will call me via VideoSkype and I will handle the live broadcasting to YouTube. The purpose of this new weekly live broadcasts is to show people that their situation is not nearly as unique as they think it is and to illustrate the thought process and methodology that newcomers to fitness need. While on the air we will come up with a workout plan and meal plan that meets your limitations and the equipment you have available. I am looking for newcomers to fitness here, not experienced lifters. There will be no pillow screams and there is no such thing as a dumb question. When you finish your 45 minutes with me you will have a roadmap for fitness success and all you have to do is implement!
