I AM scoobysworkshop, there are no employees, and no corporate sponsors - I do everything. Over the last 4 years I have put over 3,200 hours into making this free website and fitness videos. It is my sincere hope that I have some small impact in helping people with limited means to get in amazing physical shape. If you can, please consider helping support scoobysworkshop as I have significant recurring expenses to maintain this website, produce my videos, and promote back-to-basics fitness. With my conversion to HD 1280x720 and my long length videos like the S61XL series, I am in constant need of 2TB drives :)
