Greetings, Scooby!
My name is Svilen and I live in Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria. I’m 17 years old right now and I have been working out for just over 2 years. My “before” picture was taken in June,2011. At that time, I had already been training for about 4-5 months, so I was even skinnier when I started, but I couldn’t find an older shirtless picture. My “after” picture was taken just yesterday (30.04.2013). When I started training in January, 2011 I weighted 55 kg, but I started to change really quickly, thanks to your advices, which I’m really thankful for. At the very beginning I felt kinda awkward in the gym, cause I needed some time to get used to it, but I was very lucky, because I had a gym buddy, who showed me the right technique of all the exercises, explained to me the importance of nutrition, cardio and recovery, so after a few months I learned everything I needed. He also showed me your website for extra information and I found a lot of helpful stuff there. Well, my genetics aren’t great at all, but genetics don’t matter that much as long as you have will, patience and determination. I have to thank you for all the useful information you give away for free, I really respect that! I wish you all the best and keep on the good work,

17kg (37 pounds) of muscle in 2 years is just amazing!  Those of you reading this, dont go planning on this.  Svilen is in that top 1%.  Hard work, good nutrition, and a puberty growth spurt all made this incredible transformation possible.  Wish I could claim credit 🙂  Way to go Svilen!!
