that place is beautiful! where is that? Im getting sick of the states, theres not much to see arund here withoug spending a fortune

Great videos and very informative, however it is worthwhile stretching AFTER warming up. Especially if your doing interval training.

i bought some normal running shoes from Nike...

    Out of curiosity, how much running do you do Evilcyber?

    And are you more of a long/short distance runner, or do you just do it for fitness/similar?

    At the moment I do it just for fitness. After a stressful day there's to me nothing better than getting into your running shoes and run.

    I played with the thought of training up for a marathon, but haven't decided yet, because I'd have to change my whole training significantly.

    Sure is one hell of a goal - but also a very high standard and in my opinion an extremely good choice of one.
