Hi Evil,

I'm posting my question here since I couldn't find it anywhere on the forum ( if the thread already exists please give me a link to it)

I started running again for about 2 weeks and I seem to be making really fast progress then this question struck me:
Is it better to run more time versus run less time but more intense?
and to put down some numbers from my lasts 2 cardios:

-> 1 hour of jogging summing 9 km ( 5. 6 miles) => 9km/h speed
-> 29 minutes of running 5. 6 km ( 3. 5 miles) => 11. 6 km/h speed

the latter one included a finish sprint.  At the end of it my heart was beating a bit over 140 times per minute

xxx: xxx: netfit. co. uk/fitness/test/resting-heart-rate. htm

These charts made me ambitious about doing cardio.  I imediately measured my resting heart rate then I realized I can make it go lower.  Of course lower means living longer  Wink
Mine varies between 60 and 66 so I could say it's good
