These are great. I do them and my mom will join me too. We both see who can go to failure quicker. Can you believe, I've lost that match sometimes? Haha. I do these just for fun now and the burn on the midsection feels good!

this video was from when he just learned the "total immersion" style of swimming. so i'm guessing his nutrition was of on his trip

he does, im preety sure he said that he still has a little fat but his big abs make up for it!
and the top 2pack is the most overgrown set of abs cuz its always getting worked out! i have a huge size gap btwen my top 2 pack and the not yet showing lower 4 pack!
