    I do weighed side dumbbell bends. Do they work the same muscles.

    People spend too much time counting calories when they shoud be lifting weights and hiting the cardio. Less count more workout.

    I am not a fan of weighted oblique work, especially side bends, which allow you to use quite some weight. I guess the fear of widening my waist by few cm is just too overcoming. Tongue
