one question though....i felt pain in the lower back during the reps while doing the dead lifts, not immediately though, so is it possible this be the lower back muscle pain?!? cause it subsided after a couple of minutes!?

You said it. "Pain" mean something is wrong, no matter if it's muscle or tendon or spine. A momentarily pain is not the end of your training, but it is an indication that if you push more you'll quickly reach the end. Best thing to do is take off half the weight (if not more), then work on your form. Gradually build up the weight in 2 or 3 sessions.
Our body has amazing recover ability, as long as we let it recover.

    Another quick question:

Tight feeling in lower back after doing deadlifts is a good sign?

It doesn't feel bad at all!

Also sometimes when I'm doing exercises while standing and after that lie on the floor my back feels so relaxed, it's unreal! Is this a good or a bad sign? (I hope anyone of you knows what I'm trying to say).

    Greetings

Yes, haha I have that tight feeling to. It is often when you do high reps for lowerback, like those exercises that Scooby suggest. As I say it is pretty easy to tell "pain" apart from a nice soreness, unless you have some mental trouble (over impulsive or something)
I think with a good form on Deadlift, when you go down you should feel a nice stretch on your hamstrings (either with or without weight, if you focus on keeping the arch on the back then you'll feel it). This is just a suggestion from many people: when you go up, instead of thinking about pulling or lifting the bar up, focus on thrusting your hip forward (bring it to the bar).
If you just started, and the weight plate is too small, then think of it as a Squat (with the bar on your hand), focus on bringing the hip down and chest up when you rise. I know a lot of people reject this idea but that's how I do it as beginner, and it worked fine.
Oh, and one more thing, still debatable, but I believe that you shouldn't hyperextend when stand up on Deadlift (shrug). Many people have lowerback problem because of the overarching posture when standing, so that is not healthy.

You use your lower back while squating. You "should" use your abs and contract them. then your core is more rigid and your less likely to arch your back. Thats how your core gets involved.

I get the same feeling after doing my deadlift workout and I think that is "the pump" in youre lower back muscles, its atleast for me the blow upp and its the same feeling as when I get the pump in my arms or chest or where ever...

so a good sign that you have pushed it good Smiley
