Uneven Lats, a problem with a solution?

Hey all. I've seen a number of articles here about uneven muscle growth. No one has mentioned lats though, and I feel like it shouldn't be an uncommon problem. I got into bodybuilding quite seriously (3-5 days a week with cardio) almost a year ago. I've gained 15 lbs (after losing about 12 in fat) and now have an almost 6 pack and the beginings of some nice musculature. I noticed a problem though. I did a lat spread in the mirror (Looking at my entire back from the back side is tough with a single mirror) and my right lat is a solid 2 inches larger than my left! There are also seems to be a difference in strength. I'm capable of doing 5 sets of 5 wide grip pullups and additional "regular pullups" in a single session. I don't want to continue doing this if my right lat is going to explode and my left withers away! Symmetry is one of my primary goals!
So, here is my question. I understand one can make one lat bigger by doing rows. But no one says anywhere how many more rows I need to do on one side or how heavy they need to be (I row about 60-70 lbs on sets of five to eight normally). Will barbell rows work (offset to the left a little bit for a heavier load on the left) as well? Should I only do the rows on the left and completely ignore my right side until the left catches up? Rows are super boring for me, but I'll do whatever it takes to get my symmetry back!
Keep eating clean, keep lifting safe! Thanks for your answers,
HoJo

Try dumbell rows as dumbells will work each side independantly.
Never put more weight on one side.
I think you should use the same weight on each side, even if you don't feel you bigger lat working and you can do more reps, stop when your smaller lat is tired.
It should work fine.

So same weight on both sides, same number of reps, stop when my left is fatigued. That makes a lot of sense! Thanks!

That's my opinion, let's see what others have to say to help you.
Also, focus on your weaker side.

Like all reality-altering substances, coffee should be used responsibly.
