What are some good upper chest exercises excluding incline flys and incline presses. It puts a lot of stress on my weaker arm and it's bothering me and I just don't like the feel. Some other exercises might be nice Sad

Try the decline pushup!

Are you saying that you don't want to use any machines or dumbbells/barbells?

Or are you saying that just incline flies and incline presses put to much stress on your arms?

Either way the above exercise should be an option ;-)

First, you are doing the right thing.  When an exercise hurts your joints, you need to find another exercise!

Dont worry about "upper chest", just worry about coming up with a good all around chest workout you can do without joint pain.

IMHO a good chest workout is about 50% pushing and 50% squeezing, for example this would be a good chest workout:

wide pushups
dumbbell flys (palms up)
dumbbell press
dumbbell flys (thumbs up)
hip pushups

Normally I would include some inclines in my chest workout but I left them out of the above because you have mentioned they bother you.

incline flyes? never heard of that.

all you can do to target the upper chest, mainly, are incline presses, and decline push-ups. but all other chest exercises, and even in overhead press that same muscle is used.

i don't feel the need to do these exercises, personally. my upper chest grows really well with my lower chest.

If the free weights DBs and BBs put stress on your body switch to a machine. Try the Incline Press Machine Plate loaded. In order to target the upper chest your body has to be on in incline. 30-45 degrees.
