What are some good upper chest exercises excluding incline flys and incline presses. It puts a lot of stress on my weaker arm and it's bothering me and I just don't like the feel. Some other exercises might be nice

Try the decline pushup!

Are you saying that you don't want to use any machines or dumbbells/barbells?
Or are you saying that just incline flies and incline presses put to much stress on your arms?
Either way the above exercise should be an option ;-)
