Good ol' barbell curls. Not much to say but just a tip, curl your wrists as well if you don't have a ez bar. Keeping your wrists aligned with your forearms can hurt during this movement, especially since the elbow tends to move around with higher weights if not stable.

An excellent video for bicep curls. It is an example for the guys doing or starting bodybuilding.
A few more variations may have been added
Without using a E-Z bar that is using a plane bar (4ft)
1. the grip length can be expanded more than the shoulder length.
2. The grip length can be made small also (narrow grip bicep curls)
these 2 variations have helped me a lot....
