In Scooby's recent video chair dips for triceps, you can't see his legs, do you go down so your legs bend and your knees touch the floor or just so ur legs are bent as much as you can? Found that difficult to understand.
Also my wrists are hurting, i think it could be due to this excercise, i forgot to use gloves, is that the problem? I did them on monday and it's wednesday now.

hey, I haven't actually given this exercise a try but as from watchin the video, i think you need to start the exercise and go down to the point where your elbow is in line with your shoulder, you shouldn't go down as far as you can as this will probably cause you an injury.

If you use gloves or not doesnt matter, it shouldn't cause wrist pain. It just more comfortable with gloves on ( for your hands ) How many sets and reps did you do? and did you do them exactly as explained ( with wrists in a natural position )?

Umm not to sure, just did how many as i could in 2 or 3 sets. However im not sure how his legs went, straight down or if he moved them out the way, that could be my problem leading to bad form?

Yeah that could be it, Bad form could cause wrist pain!
If i was to do those i would probably have my legs at 90° or so.

When Scooby demonstrated in the video, you couldn't see his legs, does he move them back or anything so there out of the way, because if your just going down on them then surely you will stop half way due to your legs being in the way?

Yes i assume you bend your legs so that you can go down until elbow and shoulder are level.

I put the chairs at an angle like this / \ and that made it a lot more "natural" and allowed me to do more reps. Good idea?

its not really a bad pain its more of a tension on the chest tendons and chest muscles because doing dips, will work your chest, too
