A question: Do you need to switch sets and go like:

Set 1-Set 2-Set 3 x 5

or you can do

Set 1 x 5, Set 2 x 5, Set 3 x 5?

hi, i got a question about french press:

I dont have a barbell, i just have dumbells, but when i take a dumbell in each hand for french press my hand have to be like 30-40 cm (14 inches) apart because otherwise the dumbell hit eachother. is keeping my hand 30-40cm apart a problem? if so any ideas how i can solve it?

Yeah, you hold the dumbbells so your palms face eachother. You can watch how Scooby does it in the teen work-out video:

hey there guys! just registered with the site after discovering the arm and chest workouts on youtube, looks awesome and i intend on getting stuck right in! i was just wondering, with the killer home arm (and i suppose chest)workouts, how many times a week should i be looking at doing them? and should i be alternating from day to day (as in chest one day, arms the next day, legs the next?) with spritzings of cardio in between?  thanks for any help guys, much appreciated :))

the correct answer giga is 0.  if you're just getting into this then the answer is not for months.  yes i too want to do this workout (lol) but at this time (only 6 months in) i still don't find it appropriate.
