2nd to pull ups, barbell rows are amazing for the back. I love going heavy but strict form is always more satisfying.

Try chin ups. There is an excellent post by Dodothebird in the excellent post section about performing chin ups to help you perform better pull ups.

Goals for 2010
Get visible abs.
Maintain 180 for 1 year. Replace fat with muscle.
Safely double the weight on all my routines.
Be able to perform 20 clean pull-ups @ 2 second up 2 second down for 3 sets.
