i have a question about this.  would doing this with dumbbells be okay?  currently i do bent-over dumbbell rows, seated, on a 45 degree angle.  but it's really difficult to not cheat and straighten my torso.  putting my chest on a bench would be a lot easier, but sometimes, the benches don't have enough room underneath for the barbell to go as far up and down; the metal supporters get in the way.  so would having a neutral grip with dumbbells make it any different?  thanks.
