Hey , How many times do you perform your "workout schedule" ?

Like .. lets say every Monday i do x pushups x sets , x barbell curls x sets , etc. and then tuesday i rest. My question is how many time do you perform the workout throughout the day . like do you them once in the evening , then once in the afternoon ? or just once every assigned day .

Per day?  I do my workouts 1 time a day, 4 days a week.  Bench day = tuesday and friday, deadlift day = monday, squat day = thursday.  Each one has its own special routine, and I do them each once a week.  Except for bench, I do twice a week.

You don't do any arm muscles? or you just not listing them? Tongue
he means he bases the rest of his routine on those 3 exercises, which are the main 3 powerlifting exercises. if i had to make a guess on his routine, the day he does bench is his chest day, the day he does deadlift is his back day and perhaps shoulders and his leg day is just his leg day maybe some abs too. not everyone does arms on a seperate day mind, some feel that the triceps get worked enough during chest and even shoulder days and the biceps gets worked enough during the back day.

For the most part, that is correct.

Deadlift day:
Deadlift, Rows, Pull downs, weighted situps/inclined leg raises.  Sometimes Calf raisers/bodyweight leg curls.

Bench day:
Bench, inclined bench, arnolds/shoulder press, dips.  Sometimes Side Raises/front raises/standing flyes, sometimes floorpress

Squat day:
Squat, Rows, Pull downs, weighted situps/inclined leg raises.  Sometimes Calf raisers/bodyweight leg curls.

My routine will gas you soo easily.  I am still out of energy from last nights bench day.  Not just DOMS, but actual loss of energy lol.  And yes, I did sleep last night  Tongue .
My routine focuses on getting my body strong, not ripped, not tone, not buff, but actually strong.

I bench twice a week.  so I lift monday-tuesday thursday and friday.  My off days I eat like a pig, I go to bed early, I watch tv, and I sit on the compute xP. Sometimes I go for long walks around town after it gets dark.  I'm a guy so I don't have to worry about getting raped xD.  Some of my friends (ho are girls) don't like walking at night alone, cuz we have 3 sex offenders in our town.  They always make me walk with them wherever lol.

xD I don't know who they are, but I know where one of them lives, and I know that 1 of them is a sex offender because he was 18, and his girlfriend was 17 when they had sex, and her parents pressed charges. Hes like 55 right now or so.  I think only 1 is an actual rapist, but that was a long time ago, and  just cuz theyre labeled a sex offender doesnt mean they are rapists, and it doesnt mean they still have intentions to rape, if they did before.

Honestly, I think people make too big of a deal out of the sex offenders in my town.   They're harmless.  Just normal people.  But then again, I'm a guy, soo it's not like ill ever get raped xD... I hope.
