Really love this chest workout! I've been doing a whole variety of pushups to workout my chest (ie Military, Ultra-Wide, Decline, Diamond. . . ) and have noticed little changes in the past year or so. A day later after this workout and my chest is exploding with pain from all the new squeezing type of dumbbell exercises! I do have one issue which I would like some feedback on, and it's that I have very small wrists and even with good form I find that 3/4 through this workout I feel joint pain. . .
I get into my starting position of each exercise using my wrist muscles to lift the dumbbells into the air above me. Without a self-spotting rig, it seemed the only way to do all these sets, yet now I find I may just have to set one up if my wrists constantly get worn out before my chest does. . .
btw, I lift 30 Ib for dumbbell press, and lifting 25 Ib for flies.

same problem with me. . . im a newbie at this stuff and i just started working out. . . i have joint pain whenever i try doing dumbbell flys and presses in this workout. The part of my palm attached to my thumb really hurts when i grab the dumbbells. It really bums me out :(

my hands used to hurt while doing flys, but i think i was holding the bar too hard.

i work out on my chest 6 days a week upper lower and middle and push ups as well but the thing that i don't get is there something wrong with my body 4 sets 15 chest upper lower and middle push ups 50 times but i must have more advice

I did this workout yesterday to change the intensity... & it was a heck of experience... now, my chest is so sore like something has sucked my blood out of my chest. I felt like I was gonna die right before I finished the whole superset.
