When I do pushups I normally have soreness in my chest and lats the days after my workout.  For you, a couple reasons for why your chest may not hurt could be because your chest is stronger than your triceps, or your form might be targeting your triceps more rather than your chest.

Hi, I am having a hard time knowing if my pushups are in good form through out the motion ( if my torso in line with my hips).  Do you have any tips to be aware your body is in good form.

P. S.  I know your hands have to below your elbows and at shoulder level, and you have to keep your abs flexed.

Thanks

try getting someone to watch your form, or do it infront of a mirror to monitor your torso-hip position.
