I always like Scooby's videos. Very informative, and they often come with a good bit of comic relief.

I tried these with the "perfect pushup" stands, and they work fine - perhaps because they have a wide base and are lower.

I didnt have a lot of time to do this video, I've been spending a lot of time getting stuff ready for the booth at the NPC Nationals.  No time for bloopers, outtakes or my normal humor on this one.

Good vid. Once people start lifting weights, many neglect the need for push ups. So essential to keep doing these

This type of pushups makes my chest to explode... GREAT training. But I wanna ask something... I do this chest training which I called 'Brock pushups' 'coz I do not know what the real name is. Actually this pushup is done by former NCAA wrestling champ & former pro wrestler now turned mixed martial artist (current UFC heavyweight champ), BROCK LESNAR. For this pushup, instead doing pushup on the ground, it's done by placing your feet & hands on chairs - both feet on a chair & a chair for each hand. This pushup allows you to go deeper but I am concerned about the effect on shoulders/chest & any muscles related.

On my Thursday cardio day, I do push-ups with an exercise ball (Monday is my chest day) which is a warm-up for my core exercises.  The shoulders/chest will be affected but I'm not too concerned about it because my chest likes it and my shoulders do not seem to be affected for the Friday legs/shoulder workout.  For me, this type of push-up seems easier on the chest and shoulders but the core stabilization is definitely a challenge when you are placing your ankles on the ball - much easier if the knees are on the ball.
