Hey there, I'm Chris . .  just thought I'd drop by and say hello from across the ocean (for some).

I've been watching Scooby's videos on Youtube and I have o admit I'm impressed.  Been trying to keep a tight schedule in my workout for some time now, pretty disappointed that I can't always keep it, but that's just my University classes in my way.  :)

I'm 5 ft 11. 7 inches (had to use a calculator for that) . .  or 182 cm, and I weigh around 150 lbs.

I've started on some upper and lower back exercises while also working my pectorals, laterals and abdominals, as I'm not so interested in legs and arms . .  what do you guys think, should I do arms and legs as well or should I mix in some arms/legs exercises or should I  continue as I'm doing?

Cheers,
Chris.

Hey :) I think you should include arms and legs.  That's a lot of your body not being worked out and it's better to do everything because then it's all in proportion.  Wink
