HI!
« on: November 20, 2009, 04:16:37 PM »

Hello everyone!

So my name is Paul.  I am 24 years old.  I recently (3 months ago) stopped doing P90x.  I did it for full 90 days plus a month extra.  I saw huge improvements.  I went from 130 lbs to about 144.  At first everything was going ok. . but you can only handle watching those DVDs so many times.  It started to get really repetitive and boring, and i could tell my commitment during workouts had gone down.  I continued to use the videos while i searched the internet for some workout plans and found this website.  I have been going strong for the last 3 weeks using the workout plans found on the website.  Currently I am using the advanced workout plans.

I have realistic goals, and have no plans to be a body builder.  I have a mental image of where I would like to bring myself.  With help from this website I can really see myself obtaining those goals.  I have always been that ripped skinny kid with abs and now I am looking to put on a some muscle.  I realistically think that if i can get my weight up to about 155 to 160 lbs.

Gaining weight has been slow for me. .  I try to eat at least 6 times a day, sometimes more. .  all high protein.  I dont know if i process food really fast. .  usually about 6 decent bowel movements a day.  A typical day food wise goes as follows: (I work in a really busy restaurant so I eat my lunch and dinner @ weird times).  I eat in the order below too.

Breakfast:
   Special K protein plus w/ 1% milk
Snack:#1
Chicken breast in a wrap with veggies
Snack #2
2 granola bars (5 grams protein 200 cal.  each)
  2 cups of milk
Lunch:
Home from work. .  make a sandwich or eat some cottage cheese.  eat a bagle w/ cheese on it.  something along those lines

Workout!!

After workout snack: 500+cal, 45 g+ protein

Dinner:
usually some Protein, starch and Veggie

After dinner snack:

Chips/ popcorn/ granola bars/  and usually 2 cups of milk
