very awesome scooby!  When can we expect the second part of this video?  And will the second part of the video suggest what to do for the 90 minute extended workouts, or just the workouts done while away?  Looking forward to seeing the video - Castiel

Part 2 will come out about 2 weeks after I get back in the country, about thanksgiving.

Joke at the end?  I was thinking of having a quivering plate of jello with my trademarked neon hat sitting on top of it Smiley

Are you suppose have a resting day (of lifting weights not cardio) after the three day cycle or are you suppose to restart the cycle without any rest?  I ask because it would be extremely difficult for me to exercise chest intensely with only three days of rest (I say chest because I get DOMS for a good five days after a chest workout).

I will be leaving for a months vacation in two weeks from now and have started this workout routine. If my chest is sore then I won't do it again in that week. And chest is the only thing I get sore Sad.

you can expect part 2 sometime this month, most likely within the week or 2 of scooby's arrival.  keep in mind though, this isn't his job.  Wink
