I would say swimming with a pull buoy placed in between your ankles so your feet stay and don't react to the swimming by kicking. With the buoy placed between your feet, only use your arms to swim. I used to do this for P.E. and no one liked it, it was rather difficult. Maybe you can perfect it! Good luck EDIT: Here's a picture of the pull buoy

Are you able to stand up? If so, try punching bag, but do it lightly, dont put unneeded pressure on your foot

cycling can be an option, you would just have to insert your feet deeper into the pedals so the middle of your feet are on the pedal, and the front where your toes are would not experience any pressure.

like some one said, if you are working out in a gym you'll most likely have there a rowing machine, I personally use it for cardio and it gets my hurt rate pumping faster than running and I feel my legs burning faster and it also works your back or biceps, depends on how you hold it. it should look like the link above

You stated earlier that it hurts when you put pressure on your foot. Don't put any pressure on it or you're only hurting it more. I wouldn't suggest the speed beg or he heavy bag because you'll have to be standing. Do something that will keep your leg secure and ensure that there will be no body pressure or any other pressure at all toward your foot. I hope you figure this out soon, good luck!

wood choping. Basicly you need to activate at least 1/6 (not sure about this number, did know it once...) of your muscularity and it has to be a steady, lasting moting. So chopping wood, or "abusing" a sledge hammer may be an option... In fact i think even low weight benchpress for an hour should be considered cardio....
