WOW.....I learned a lot with that video I never knew alcohol effected you that much. If one beer a day can add 15 pounds a year think about two or three Not to mention binge drinking and waking up with a hang over WOW makes me wish I have never done that

The end of it was funny, what a laughter it was (Most people wouldn't have realized the mistake if you just kept "fat and obese" ) And you have good acting skills indeed! Your angel fish look adorable too. I was about to get a couple last week but some of them can be too aggressive for my stupid - friendly goldfish

Yes, angelfish always seem to have an alpha-fish who bullies the rest. Even if the bully is taken out, another assumes bully-duties. Koi get along much more nicely The end of it was funny, what a laughter it was (Most people wouldn't have realized the mistake if you just kept "fat and obese" ) And you have good acting skills indeed! Nutritional nazi Thanks for giving my laugh of the day A great job, especially regarding your younger fans. There seems to quite an audience to this subject, since I often see some 16-19year olds at the gym, working out like there's no tomorrow and afterwards discuss the amount of beer crates the might need for an evening with four people. If you have the opportunity, you might try alcohol-free wheat beer (no, I'm not a bavarian). It usually has less calories, doesn't poison your body with alcohol and is approved as an isotonic drink. My favourite alternative once a month

Nutritional nazi Thanks for giving my laugh of the day :D A great job, especially regarding your younger fans. My favourite alternative once a month ::) haha well unfortunantly im one of those 16-19 year olds (19 to be excact) that go to the gym and often talk about how wasted im gunna get on the weekend. and i also take creatine so im a double bad guy. but the amount of creatine i take is only 5 grams a day so my liver shouldnt be on deaths door. especially since it didnt have any trouble filtering that 6 pack of rum followed buy a bottle of straight shit last weekend haha. but seriously i know its bad but am i a pro bodybuilder. . no. do i eat right. . yes. do i train hard. . yes. do i get results. . very yes. I dont believe getting drunk one night a week has affected my progress in the gym or hurt my liver in reguards to also supplimenting. . . i guess all the rum i drank might have hurt it a little though haha. I'm young and having fun and in the coming years ill most likely only drink on special occasions or on the odd weekend. . . ill never be the "have a few after work" or "have a few to fall a sleep" kinda guy. im not defending alcohol. but me being a 19 year old who needs to live his life i think . . for now atleast that the weekend binge isnt THAT bad, yes its unhealthy in general and if i continue to do so for a number of years it will hurt ones liver. . . but in reguards to my progress in the gym ehhh not so detrimental. . in my opinion. P. S its my first post and i would like to say scooby your a champ

Well to add to the 1 beer a day, what do most people eat while having a beer? Burgers? Pizza? Hot wings with lots of ranch and more beer to cool down the mouth? I understand this was about alcohol and working out but it does dig deeper. I just stay away from it all, no smoking, drinking, or drugs. I do have a cheat though, when I have done well in a month I go to wendy's and get a large vanilla frosty

I am sorry to hear that Kano, your body might not yet fully developed so you are possibly hurting yourself more then you know. Males can continue development until they are 25. It saddens me when I see teenagers, or adults for that matter think that this is "cool" or the "in thing" to do.

SCOOBY.....GREAT VIDEO! I am way beyond 25yo, but what I can tell you is that I quit drinking Alcohol 5 years ago and it is SO much easier to put on Muscle Mass and keep my Body Fat Low. I added 35 plus pounds of muscle mass in 5 short years. I Love to work out on Saturday's and Sunday's and see the effects of Friday and Saturday Night Partying on my gym mates. The Party Boys & Girls lose 2 Plus days of Training due to Excess. But its "Cool" Thanks for the Exclusive use of the Gym Equipment on the Weekends.

one of my favorite parts about scooby is that he is so humble, unlike most of the cocky jerks on youtube who give crap advice anyway.
