Love doing these just for the fact you can ramp the weight up to 200% of your average rep max. Can't confirm it to use as a plateau buster since I do these once every 2 weeks anyways. Keeps the biceps happy.

How many sets should I do?
Shouldnt I do fists 2 sets normal and only the last one (or two) with forced negatives?
