Freddie and I say thanks for all the friendly comments!

He strolled around my feet, so I decided to pick him up and make him part of the video. At that point he decided he doesn't want to be famous Wink

And no, Scooby and I are not competing; I'd say our videos are complementary to each other Smiley

Hey, I know they are complementary, it is just that it was so funny... Grin

I have a question regarding the goals and sub-goals. Is it important that the very first goals I set up is the ultimate goal? My idea was to make a first set of goals which is merely a guide on how to get one step closer to my ultimate goal, but am I doing it wrong? I mean, there is still substance to it, so therefore it wouldn't make too much of a difference, as long as I set up new goals when I achieve them by and by?

Well, you can of course set one goal and its subgoals and once you reach that goal find a new one and then figure out how best make it to that one.

In essence how to set your goals is about what works best for you, not me Wink

my internal motivation is down the drain! I Need Help!! i feel depressed all the time! something like:

Chronic Depression (Dysthymia):

Dysthymia, sometimes referred to as chronic depression, is a less severe form of depression. With dysthymia, the depression symptoms can linger for a long period of time, perhaps two years or longer. Those who suffer from dysthymia are usually able to function adequately but might seem consistently unhappy.

Reason:

# Feelings of guilt.
# Loss of energy or fatigue
# Difficulty concentrating, thinking or making decisions
# Changes in appetite (overeating or loss of appetite
# Failure in Academics. 24yrs old and still not a Bachelors Graduate! Sad

You've had these symptoms for 2 years? GO SEE A DOCTOR. Some cases of depression are because of chemical imbalances in the brain and correct medication can help immensely.
