    Yeah, I'd very much like to see this part as well, as there is yet some more traveling planned on my part in February... Cheesy

    - Decrease my marathon time from 3:22 to less than 3 hours
    - Decrease body fat to less than 6% (currently at 9%)
    - 15 wide - grip pull ups with good form
    - Add 20 pounds of muscle in the next 3 years while maintaining body fat at a low percentage
    - Eat right
