I live in Australia, so would be expensive for me to go there, but at least I could get a free Scoobysworkshop shirt out of it.

If someone knows a cheap hotel/motel in the area, please let me know. I'd love to go, but not sure if I can afford to stay in a real hotel.

I don't wanna be rude, but you are off the topic. If you want advice go to the nutrition section of the forum. I would gladly help you with your confusion, but you need to be more specific. (In sum, you just need to eat a portion of protein, carbs, and a small portion of fat in each meal, if you try to eat as healthy as possible by filling yourself with fruits, vegetables, and some sources of protein you are doing well, but then you need to go to the nutrition section and specify).

The same for you buddy, your doubt is off topic. I repeat, I don't want to be rude, it is just that you can get better help in the "Bulking up and gaining muscle" section. You really need to be specific.  I can only tell you that 70% of getting muscular depends on your diet, and the other 20% from excercising (the other 10% relies on rest, which can be traduced as sleeping around 8 hours, which may depend on your age).
