yes, but i do them more like split legged squats than lunges. it's somewhere between the two.
so yea, i altogether weigh 270lbs doing these and my dog always trys to run underneath me..

aim for summer 2010:
1.lose any stomach fat i have to let my abs show
2. build massive arms and legs
3. get my back muscley
4. Basically just get built and put on pounds of muscle

if you do the exercise right (which i don't ~_~) it'l be fairly difficult to control(dumbbells not movement), which is why i do it the way i do.

Dang 120 extra lbs? yeah that sounds hard to control the weights if you did them normal.
