I really like the idea of skateboard squats and just substituted them for my usual barbell squats into my last leg workout.  I definitely felt like they gave me a good quad workout but I also feel like they put more strain on my knees than barbell squats.  Does anyone else feel similarly?

You can use an exercise ball instead of a skate board, i find the exercise ball works great!
