Thanks for the input everybody!
I will start drinking a lot of water so i'm not near as hungry. Also, I noticed that I normally eat very fast which results in the fact that I eat alot more. From now on, i will eat alot slower

I will also buy a lot of chewing gum, so I have a great excuse not to eat bad stuff!
