About Me
Hmmm nothing much to say. I'm 18, attend college, like to hang with friends, etc etc. The normal stuff.

Ive worked out since I was around 13-14, but it was never a very serious thing for me. I put on muscle, but I put on weight as well.I found scoobys site a few years ago, I think it was in 2006 or 2007. Saw all his videos on his youtube channel, read through every single article on his site. I realised that this was a 100% no BS type of person. An amazing knowledge and positive outlook on bodybuilding, more people needed to listen to this guy. I started incorporating all the info I gained from Scooby into my workouts. A back injury put me out of action for a few months, and I lost a bit of motivation as I gained more weight over the time I was injured. So, I'll say its only about a year that I've taken bodybuilding to be very serious.
Thanks to Scooby and the forum, I'm so far in the best shape of my life and still hoping to improve upon myself!
