About Me
thanks to scooby's site, i'm currently in the best shape of my life!  currently i lift 5 days a week, daily cardio and i'm lovin it!  i'm currently 5 foot 8, 170lbs at 8% body fat.  generally i'm a nice guy and i try to help out people with fitness related questions, especially on nutrition, as much as i can.  i'm 18 years old and have been working out for over 2 years now, over a year of which has been weight lifting.  one year prior to that i did bodyweight exercises, specifically pushups and dips.  i discovered scooby's awesome website last summer and have been using it as an important reference ever since.  if you wanna know more about me, just ask. My Interests
TRAVELLING TO EUROPE!!!!  i love the united states as well, so much more interesting in my opinion than their northern neighbor, where i live.

VIDEOGAMES!!!

FOOD!!! and that includes all junkfood, fast food, pizza (fav food), chocolate, cakes, pastries, cookies and donuts haha, not gunna lie.

hey man. i see that ure definetely not a nutritional nazi like scooby is and u love eating the good (but bad) stuff! just quick question tho, how often do you eat greasy ass foods like those? is it like once a day, or something?

im shooting for .5 to 1 lb a week. No more because i tried that and lost a lot of muscle. Im also trying to keep fats to a minimum, which i found out is easy if i get rid of peanut butter. For cardio, im going to try to do HIIT 3-4 times a week. This should be interesting because my running area is mostly hills.

Ever heard of Rippetoes Starting Strength? Its a full body workout involving the compound movements. Since ive learned how to do them correctly, im not worried about safety issues. Im doing it as my workout to improve strength.
