MY GOALS
its important for a person to have goals in their life, something you strive for every day and to remind your self why you should get out of bed every morning :D, anyways i also believe thats its important to write our goals down, it gives us a better chance to analyze how we will accomplish them plus its a reminder every time we see them, also, studies have shown that people who write down their goals are much more likely to accomplish them than those who dont with that said here are my life long goals in order of importance: 1. become a better person who loves to do good with a strong faith in god, obedient to my parents, loving of my brothers and sisters and fears wrong doing and its ability to take over a person and its punishment. 2.live a healthy life full of happiness, joy and simplicity. 3. to be a skilled engineer who is well rounded in all fields and always seeks knowledge and perfection. short term fitness realted goals: 1. increase my body flexibility and actually be able to touch my toes, i have long legs compared to the rest of my body i guess i was just made for running anyways makes it pretty hard for me to touch my toes :P 2. to increase my body balance and be able to do handstands and different body stabilized positions which will increase body control and coordination and increase performance 3. bench press 70 kg for 10 reps 4. squat 80 kg for 10 reps 5. dumbbell curl 40 pounds for 10 reps 6. to be able to do pullups of all variations, pushups, planche pushups, shoulder pushups with amazing ease and great form ;)
