STATS: 160lb NOW 156 5ft 9 in 14.75'' arms after intense workout 15%bf NOW 13% 7min 40 second mile, NEW MILE: 7:12 seconds!! GOALS: 7 min mile 15'' arms within early to mid 2011 10 perfect, super slow pullups/15 chinups (almost there)... DONE! did 12 pullups/19 chinups! oh boy how exciting
