2 slices of whole grain bread (90 cals ea slice)= 180
6slices o thinly cut turkey breas=50 cal
lettuce= 0 cal
and i love addding a tomato slice and jalapenos for taste and this is about 15 more cals

total= 245 calories, and I love eating this with a go-gurt which is 80 more cals=325 and some Ice cold water!

I love the way it tastes when I make it, but when Im in college and my mom has prepared it, it just tastes so much better lol something about mommas food that just tastes better than my own, but anyway enjoy the recipe!

    Ironically, cheese just adds a lot of unnecessary fat.

    Maybe a tiny bit of it would'nt hurt, but even low fat dressing is packed with calories
