I think these are better than regular hot wings.     The marinating/cooking method results in a perfectly cooked chicken tenderloin (well-cooked but not dry).

Ingredients:
1 lb.    Boneless Skinless Chicken Tenderloins
1 cup Plain Nonfat Yogurt
1/4 cup Frank's Hot Sauce (no carbs or fat)
Pam or other spray oil

Marinate the chicken tenderloins in yogurt and Frank's Hot sauce.     Use approximately 1 cup of yogurt per pound of tenderloins, and 1/4 cup sauce per pound (or whatever you think is best).      Marinate for 1-4 hrs.

Pre-heat oven to 500F.     Cover a cookie sheet with foil, and place a cookie rack on top of it.     Spray the cookie rack with Pam.     Put the empty rack and sheet in the pre-heated oven for 2 minutes.     Pull the rack out out and place the boneless wings on it.      Cook them for about 8-10 minutes.     If they don't start to brown after 5-6 minutes, turn the broiler on high and finish under the broiler until they brown slightly.

Pull them out and toss with a little more of the Frank's Hot Sauce.     I like to serve them with brown rice, celery, carrot sticks and nonfat ranch dressing.
