egg whites onions and tomatoes with cottage cheese in a flax wrap is good, or if you want something quick make some quaker quick oats and toss in a scoop of whey - delicious nutritious and super filling!

Kashi Go lean and Go Lean Crunch.  With the milk i great source of fibre and protein.  Easily filling.

But can also try two eggs scramble with 1/2 cup green peppers.

No reason one cannot have left overs for breakfast.  I like 1/3 of a chicken breast, in a wrap with salsa when I need to hurry to work.  very quick and I can drive with it.

its totally great for you, and pretty dang cheap at walmart.

i eat 2 cups for lunch, then another cup for my 3 o'clock meal.

go through a box in like 4 days

    cheers, jesse.

That sucks, man. I'm slightly allergic to bananas. My hard palet in my mouth swells a little, but nothing near the hospital for me. However, I believe that this Kashi go lean cereal is seriously a healthy part of a meal that really seems like you are cheating. I love getting the Crunch! version and let it get soggy in some ice cold milk
