Awesome for delts and stability. Getting them up and making sure not to hurt yourself is half the battle.

    Just a quick tip, if you do them standing, then clentch your glutes and tighten your abs, makes it alot more stable

    Great exercice, but it really strechtes my back and my lower back really hurts after doing these, has anyone a tip?
