i am now concerned with my shoulder after just slightly hurting my self the other day.  Should i do these while having a slightly hurt shoulder  :-\

i think this is a dead topic, but i'll try anyway,

do i have to continue with this excercise till my shoulders realy burn or just stop after a few times? (because it's not a muscle builder)

niels it's very hard to work for a burn i i t think to use the weights required to get a burn would be dangours

i use 3 pounds, and do about 30 reps(3 sec up 3 sec down) than it burns. is 3 pounds too heavy?

yes, i do exactly as scooby in the vid, 3 sec up and 3 seconds down. when I can't do that anymore i stop ofcourse.
