I imagine the video being along the sames line as the Scooby's amazing Killer Home Chest and Back workout videos: something with low rep supersets that thoroughly works the shoulders. It would probably be good to include a reference to the shoulder stabilizing exercises or to do a review of them.

I would like to know how this rates if you do shoulder video too
sitting with your back against a stable surface like the couch hold two dumbells so they are end to end in front of your chest then raise them up letting them twist 180 deg above your head slowly so they are end to end again and lower them slowly allowing them to twist back into their natural end to end position in front of your chest

Well, i think scooby will make it eaither way eventualy. Since there are other killer workouts, why not shoulders as well? Reminding me i have a shoulder workout tomarow. Should plan my exercised =P

This would be a good idea but i really dont know how he is going to make a killer routine when he only has three mass building exercises for the shoulders.
