The kinda exercise bike that has moving handles would work great as a substitute for a hand bike if you have a leg injury. Just keep your legs away from the pedals and rotate them with your arms.

you could use a normal bike if your injury is onlt on one leg
Just push down with your other foot harder

Like i said in the video for teens voting thing.
I really messed up my legs and i don't even know what i did wrong.  Doctor said i didn't cool down or something like that but i didn't even knew i had to.
My legs got weak because i can only workout upper body.
When i recuperate i want to workout legs too but i don't want to get injured again.
Doing a video about how to properly workout legs would be very helpful.

Doing weights when recuperating might not be the smartest thing. Maybe just do some intense cardio instead. Or if you do really want to do weights, use low weights until you feel your injured leg is completely 100% again and a doctor has said the same.

Usually I get those from my seat being too high, making my knee angle too great, it should be around 30 degrees when you reach the bottom stroke of peddling.
