I bet he would do that like a teaching video, like "how to flex" or something. And actually that would be great, if he'd tell everybody how to flex right etc. And would tell about muscle control.. But we will see.. =O

Part of the problem is that I have never been in a contest. Posing is a kind of dance where the judges decide the steps. I would have to do months/years of work myself to get good at it before I could possibly teach it. Maybe I can get some pro to help me out here. The judges reward a certain kind of visual presentations with the 1st places and if you want to win, you have to pose in the manner they like. To me, some of the posing just seems wrong. Here we have some of the most masculine men on the planet and they are forced to appear artificially graceful during the posing with all kinds of dramatic sweeping motions and pinky-extensions, just seems demeaning to me.

Scooby you included this in a video, when you flex one pec at a time, muscle control or something. My pecs are pretty developed but when you do it do you have to flex the shoulder and upper arm as well? I really can't get the hang of it.

The only flexing move I know is flexing the bicep, and I know how to flex the chest pecs. That's it. Would love to learn how to flex the lower body parts and your back. I'd say go for it Scoob, great idea.

I think we all flex a little in the mirror sometimes to check our progress. And I think most of us would be embarrassed if we were caught doing it. Scooby's never been in a contest, I think a video would be demeaning to Scoob. We can all see he is big, he doesn't have to flex! My goal is to have big arms that don't need to be pumped or flexed to look big. If you have to do those things to look big, then you probably aren't big
