Medicine balls are cheap and easy to find. Much more so than a full set of free weights in my opinion. I trained for 2 months with a fitness instructor on how to do a full body workout in 30 minutes with just a medicine ball. It's good for just general exercise, especially if you're new to working out, or are more elderly and/or frail and just can't work with heavy weights. Also, medicine balls are a *little* better when it comes to space saving.

I think this is a great idea.  since scooby is all about home workouts, medicine balls are a great thing to have when doing home workouts.  they work on balance, they act as a larger, less dense weight, if someone has one, I reccomend they use it a lot.

Like all reality-altering substances, coffee should be used responsibly.
