yea a strong neck is very important in preventing injury in a lot of contact sports

This would be a great idea. The first day I did Scooby's crunches, my sternocleidomastoids got as sored as my abs (I was not holding my head..). That proved my neck was a little weak.

Anyway, it would be nice knowing how to train the neck muscles (without getting injured like I did once)
I have pretty bad genetics and I was born skinny. After working out a year and a half my chest and arms and pretty much everything else look a lot better, but then again, it looks kinda silly having a bigger chest with a pensil neck sticking out.

This sounds horrificly dangerous, and you prolly get some 14 year olds on scoobys site seeing this and breaking their neck or something, why do you want to strengthen your neck muscles anyway?!!? ive never heard of flexing your neck in a bodybuilding contest or anything....lol  Cheesy

~ People can only give you so much advice on how to lose fat/gain muscle, but at the end of the day its up to how lazy/determined you are ~

neck workouts don't have to be dangerous, some gyms have the machine for it, our school does.

those harnesses are questionable though if you overload it..ever see one of those?

Goals: want to do by January 1, 2010
1.  Defined lower abs to have a complete 6-Pack
2.  Bench 250 lbs (presently a little over 200)
3.  Squat 325 lbs (presently around 275)
4.  Clean 200 lbs (currently around 175)
5.  Run at least a 4. 5 40 yard dash (at a 4. 65)
