no need for a video on sleep. Sleep 9 hours is best, sleep 8 is common sleep 7 is decent, oversleep past 9 and waste time to eat and train. Dont sleep, or dont sleep at least 7 and your an idiot because your body needs rest case closed no need for video theres your info right there  Wink

I think this is more important to younger lifters like myself. Especially those in college. Most of us refuse to go to bed earlier than 1 am, even if we have to wake up at 5 or 6 am

you know, at first i thought it wouldn't be the best idea, but no one ever explains you why you should sleep those 7-8 hours! our parents used to tell us to go to sleep early, but only because we'd feel sleepy. which us, in turn, proved them wrong, after sleeping about 4-5 hours and being more awake than ever!
it's obvious not even they know why exactly we should sleep well, as they don't know there's such reason beyond the being well awake they've too been told about.

so for this, i completely recommend doing a video on this.

all i know about sleep is something with anabolic or catabolic and some stuff to do with nitrogen and you need to sleep to gain muscle, so it would be nice for scooby to thourougly explains what happens when you sleep  Smiley

Rest and nutrition are more important to muscle growth than lifting. Much more important. If you don't get enough sleep then your muscles won't grow that much and won't get "hard". That's because when you sleep a good sleep(about 8 hours straight) you muscles grow. Your body refreshes/changes  the cells in you entire body(muscles, skin etc)when you are sleeping-that's when you muscles grow. I red an article about it and it made a strong impression on me. I don't have a link to the article but i'm sure scooby knows what i'm talking about.
P. S.  Scooby if this information is not enough for a video or you are not familiar with this i can find more information and sources.

what about what position to sleep as well

how am i wrong? lol I said get between 7-8 hours, which would be 7.5? IDk but imo 9 or 10.5 is way to much expecially for people who have carrers and families thats not relaistic.

yeah its a good idea, though not for a video, probally a paragraph or somthing.

if it was a video. .  things you can put in is like,

can you sleep right after a intense workout? i mean sometimes i get sleepy after a good workout

sleep is important 8 hours a day is mininmum.  but i guess everyone knows that and its up to the indiviual how to manage sleep time such as for night shift workers or people who just work a lot lol

does eating before sleeping affect nutrition and metabolism?

does your metabolism get effected by the wrong sleep times?

can you still gain muscle and have minimum sleep?

stuff like that. .  i guess i mean thats the stuff i want to know. .  so yeah. .  its good to know shit so you can make your health better i guess. .  =] though i dont think its video worthy much unless if you hate reading :P

To add this in a video, among diet etc, would be brilliant.
