Great idea! I sleep VERY badly, mostly just 4-6 hrs per night. The doctor gave me some pills wich contains a hormon that I don't have enough because of the puberty. That makes me sleep 6-8 hrs, with a bit luck. But in the weekend I sleep at least 10 hrs per night

Not uh oh, they work fine, and it's not harmful. It's melatonin, a hormon that people make at night, but I don't make enought of it because my hormons are messed up because of the puberty.

Well i'm going through puberty and have never had ANY issues going to sleep, so it probably isn't soley to do with puberty. Also how could scooby do a video about sleep when surely hed have to be asleep to demonstrate?

I think it's a great idea! Althought everyone obviously knows how to sleep, everyone might not know why it's so important to get lots of sleep in order to stay healthy.
Thumbs up from me!

Inadequate amount of night sleep could cause heart disease even though you trained hard on cardio & weights. Sleeping is essential. A GREAT IDEA for a video. I hope SCOOBY could show us the relation between the amount of sleep & other prob like diseases caused by lack of sleep.

Hey there Scooby! I really rexommend you doing this video due to peoples lack of sleep. It would be great for those who can't go to sleep or those who have trouble staying asleep. What to do before going to bed and what not to do. I too sometimes have trouble falling asleep and could use your knowledge. Also i believe the voteratings are on my side, I mean why not do this video. Sleep is crucial for everyone especially the bodybuilder. Thanks Philip
