Is it just me or did that look like 2 45 lbs plates and 2 5 or 10 lbs plates? That didn't seem anywhere near 200 pounds, let alone 286. Are the plates lead? CONFUSED!

In pro meets when people lift like 1000+ they use 90 pound plates. Now idk why they would use them here, unless the plates they use are universal between men and women meets.

Guys.....those are olympic plates. Red ones are 25 KG... You can actually read btw if you look closely it says 25 on them. Bar is 20 kilos, and those little black plates are 5 kg each. SO 25x4 + 20 + 2x10 = 130 KG 130 KG x 2.2 = 286 lbs

I agree with moon in some aspects. You can tell she looks like a woman, but she has got huge arms... bigger than mine...
