So I went looking for pics of female bodybuilders who still look like women...the horrors I have seen
Female bodybuilders after 15-20 years of steroids is terrible
As for female bodybuilders, Cindy Philips looks really good in the off season

You know, I've always felt that a women would best benefit from certain exercises.
1. Incline bench presses(or inclined dumbell presses) for the upper chest to give them more cleavage.
2. Some squats so they can get their glutes nice and big.
3. Cardio, to keep them..... healthy.
I'm not trying to be mean but I never appreciated a girl with huge arms, legs, or anything we strive for.
