My friend Jessie wants me to train her, so I said "okay, follow what I tell you to do, and you will be all set, you wont look to beastly, you will have a little muscle, but not an over amount" she said "alright". To work out her core I had her to conventional deadlifts, she did 95x8, 115x8, 115x8, 135x8, and 115x8. she did them a lot better than I thought she would. I was explaining to her how lifting is just as much mental as it is physical. she didnt believe me. so I set up a bar with 115, except I used a big rubber 25 plate, and a 10. then one with a rubber 45 plate. I said "do this one first (115), then do this other one, its only 115. (it wa sactually 135). she though it was 115, and did it just as easy. she was ticked when I told her that she did plates though xD I trickeded her. But her, a 135x8 all-back deadlift, for a girl, first time ever doing them, is pretty good. I was actually very suprised.

Besides, I'd never chew and eat an entire roll of quarters. I do, however, chew rocks and spit nails. I was just giving you a hard time haha. And I knew I was onto something!
